Because our work involves time, expertise, and digital services that cannot be returned once delivered, refunds are handled carefully and on a case-by-case basis. Please review the policy below. 1. Service-Based Work WebSkyz provides professional services such as tech support, consulting, troubleshooting, configuration, and other technical tasks. Because these services involve time and labor that cannot be undone, completed services are generally non-refundable. However, we want every customer to be satisfied. If you believe a service was not performed as expected, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the situation and work with you to reach a fair resolution. 2. Prepaid Hours, Packages, or Monthly Plans Unused prepaid hours may be refunded upon request. Partially used packages may be refunded for the unused portion. Monthly service plans may be cancelled at any time. Charges already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. 3. Digital Products (If Offered in the Future) If WebSkyz begins offering downloadable content, digital tools, or online products, those items will be considered non-refundable once delivered due to their non-returnable nature. 4. Billing Errors If you believe a billing error has occurred, please notify us within 7 days. Valid errors will be corrected immediately, including issuing refunds when appropriate. 5.
